Return Policy: Walkin' Wheels Adjustable Cart
If you return the cart immediately, after trying it on once, and it is in like-new, resellable condition we will refund you 95% of the cost (less shipping).
Return it within 21 days, and we will refund 80% of the cost, less shipping and any cleaning/refurbishing if needed. All shipping charges are your responsibility. If more time is needed, call us and we will make a note of it.
Note that these wheelchairs are very easy to resell on our free classifieds system.
For Wheelchairs, Front-End Extension, or Quad Chairs you may return the wheelchair for any reason within 30 days for a refund of 70%. The Saddle Support Sling(s) and any other item worn by your pet for wheelchair use is not returnable. If you receive an item that does not properly fit, please call us upon receiving your order and we will gladly exchange the item for the proper size. If it was a wrong size mistakenly sent by us we pay shipping; if it was the wrong size due to ordering the wrong size or poor measurements you will be asked to pay shipping.
